Succeeding in Global Workspace

with Cultural Intelligence Training
As global interactions increasingly continue to grow, the ability to function in global and intercultural settings is one of the key skills that companies and employees need to work with diverse populations across the world. Unfortunately, most schools and universities in Rwanda do not to prepare students for the current multicultural work environment. 

As a response to the alarming need for workforce with the ability to function in global and multicultural workplaces, we are offering this 3-hour training to equip Rwandan professionals with global and intercultural skills to work and thrive in today's multicultural and global work settings. 

The training will happen over the course of two days (one hour and half each day). Upon completion of the two-day training, participants will get a certificate. 

Workshop Goals 
  • Develop ability in working and relating effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Understand your cultural assumptions and behaviors and how sometimes these can be barriers to your success in international & multicultural environments.
