In Country Support Relocation Buddy 

Our desire is to make life easier for people relocating to Rwanda. We provide a relocation buddy to help you navigate life in Rwanda with less relocation stress. Your buddy will easily be your friend that you can rely on during your settling in process in Kigali. Here is a typical list of things that your buddy will help you with: 

• Airport pick up: Your relocation buddy will meet you at the airport and drive you to your arranged accommodation.
• Find a house or apartment and furnish it. Your buddy brings cultural insights and helps you deal with brokers and negotiate with landlords to have appropriate price for your house and furniture. ​
• Register sim-card and open bank account. Your buddy will go with you to either MTN or Airtel to register your sim-card and open your bank account (This sounds simple, but I can be stressful and sometimes spend more than two days if you are new and are not used to banking system in Rwanda). 
• Shopping. Your buddy will go with you to different supermarkets and help you navigate local markets.
• Open your business and connect you with people you need to start your business​.
• Arrange your business meetings: 
• Help you getting around as you wait to buy your own car or get used to the public transportation, your buddy will drive you around Kigali as you run your errands. 
• Kigali tour: Your buddy will do a Kigali tour to help you have an overview of Kigali neighborhoods. 
• Local language lessons: Your buddy will teach Kinyarwanda "Rwanda local language" either online or at your home in Kigali.
• Help build community in Rwanda: We help you attend local vents like umuganda, car free day etc..,  introduce you to the local authority in your new neighborhood and host you in a Rwandan home to connect with a Rwanda family.
