As a result of increasing international investment in Rwanda everything is now going global including business and jobs.The more international organisations come to Rwanda the more jobs that require cultural intelligence skills are created and these companies are looking for employees with cultural agility skills who can work both in Rwandan culture but also with coworkers or managers from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Understand their cultural values orientations and how they differ from other cultures 
• Identify cultural values that might work against them in multicultural 21st century workplaces
• Create strategies to develop their cultural agility skills
