This is a space to debrief cultural experiences, ask questions and create strategies to copy with cultural differences. This mentorship sessions can either focus on work settings (managing your Rwanda team, dealing with business stakeholders etc..) or social and community life. |
General Rwanda Cultural OrientationThis one hour and half session introduces participants to the general Rwandan mannerisms and behaviors. The session covers 30 cultural tips (greetings, physical appearance, personal space, relationships, invitations, gestures, money, dos and don'ts etc..) and some Rwanda home grown solution that contribute to the socio-economic development of Rwanda.
This session prepares newly relocated expatriates to enter Rwandan culture and appropriately communicate and engage with Rwandans with less cultural confusion and clashes.
