Session Overview

Rwanda Business culture session introduces participants to Rwanda general business relations etiquettes, behaviors and values. The session uses cultural values dimensions to explain general Rwandan culture and how it affects business functions. The ultimate goal of the training is to give participants practical knowledge and skills to effectively function in Rwandan business environment with less cultural clashes. This can be a one on one session over a cup of coffee or a group session. It is designed to help new international staff working with a Rwandan teams, CEOs or Executives appointed to lead organizations in Rwanda or entrepreneurs starting their businesses in Rwanda.
