With the increase of business investments and global organisations expansions in Rwanda, the workforce is becoming more and more culturally diverse which makes cultural intelligence no longer an optional competence but an imperative skill to be competitive at the local and global job market.
This is an online (via zoom) training that aims at equipping entry levels professionals in Rwanda with intercultural skills to work and thrive in today's multicultural work settings. The training will explore 4 cultural intelligence capabilities and 10 cultural values orientations that influence the way people build relationship, approach work, solve problems etc... After this training participants will be able to understand why they do things the way they do it and how their cultural behaviors could work against them in multicultural work settings and thereafter develop a plan to improve their cultural agility skills. |
