Global and Intercultural Skills Training 
With the increase of business investments and global organizations expansions in Rwanda, the ability to function in global and intercultural settings is one of the key skills employers are looking for. Unfortunately, most schools and universities do not offer intercultural training skills to prepare students for the current multicultural work environment. 

As a response to the alarming need for workforce with the ability to function in global and multicultural workplaces, we are offering this 4-hour training to equip Rwandan professionals with global and intercultural skills to work and thrive in today's multicultural and global work settings.
