With the increase of business investments and global organisations expansions, the workforce in Rwanda is becoming more and more culturally diverse which makes cultural intelligence a required skills for multicultural teams to be harmonious and effectively function beyond their cultural boundaries.
This cultural intelligence workshop will explore 4 cultural intelligence capabilities and 10 cultural values orientations which shape the way people approach work and interact with people. After this training participants will be able to understand why they do things the way they do it and how their cultural behaviors could work against them in multicultural work settings and thereafter develop a plan to improve their cultural agility skills.
