Cost: $25 per person for less than 15 people and $30 for more than 15 people
This training aims to equip professionals working or aspiring to work in multicultural environments with intercultural skills, knowledge and competencies to effectively function and succeed in diverse cultural situations. The training explores four cultural intelligence capabilities and 10 cultural values orientations which shape the way people interact with work and people. After this training participants able will be able to understand why they do things the way they do it and how this could affect their performance in multicultural work settings. This will also be a safe venue to discuss strategies to bridge teams cultural gaps, encourage mutual understanding and team harmony.
