With the growing global interactions and technology virtual and physical workplaces are becoming more and more culturally diverse. To help young Rwandan professionals cope up with the complexities of the cultural diversity in business and workplace settings, Impact Route is rolling out a sponsored (free) Cultural Intelligence Training for Young Rwandan Professionals. Session Duration and Structure
This is a 4 hour training with two different sessions. The first session introduces participants to the key concepts of cultural intelligence. The second session engages participants in activities and case studies to show them how cultural differences play out in culturally diverse teams.
Training Delivery
The training will be happening face face from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Participants will be granted a certificate of completion only when they have completed the two training sessions. For the sake of effective participatory methodology, every training group will be limited to 25 people.
