Background
With the growing global interactions and technology virtual and physical workplaces are becoming more and more culturally diverse. To help young Rwandan professionals cope up with the complexities of the cultural diversity in business and workplace settings, Impact Route is rolling out a sponsored (free) Cultural Intelligence Training for Young Rwandan Professionals.

Objectives
At the end of this training participants will:
  • Understand cultural values that influence their behaviors and communication styles and how these behaviors are interpreted by people from different cultures.
  • Use acquired cultural intelligence knowledge and skills to adjust their cultural behaviors and communication styles to effectively relate with people from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Have increased cross cultural confidence to successfully work or do business across cultures.

Training Delivery
The training will be happening face face from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Participants will be granted a certificate of completion only when they have completed the two training sessions. For the sake of effective participatory methodology, every training group will be limited to 25 people.
