This training is designed to develop participants' intercultural skills and give them the intercultural knowledge and tools needed to meet the challenges today’s global and multicultural world presents. It opens participants' minds to see and appreciate cultural diversity and use cultural differences to work for them and not against them.
With the pandemic now, we are offering virtual training that combines videos to watch before and an interactive session where participants have a room to ask questions and share their cultural experiences.
